1. Purpose
This policy is issued to ensure the legitimate rights of customers when using products/services provided by Nhat Phu Mechanical Fabrication Co., Ltd., and to reaffirm our commitment to quality, reliability, and after-sales responsibility.
2. Scope of Application
Applicable to all products, components, or fabrication items directly manufactured, supplied, and installed by Nhat Phu.
Not applicable to products or materials supplied by the customer, or items fabricated according to custom designs for which Nhat Phu is not technically responsible.
3. Warranty Period
Standard warranty period: 12 months from the date of delivery or product/service acceptance.
Certain specialized products may have longer or shorter warranty periods as agreed in the contract.
4. Conditions for Valid Warranty
Products are eligible for free warranty if they meet all of the following conditions:
Within the specified warranty period.
Possess invoice, delivery record, or clearly labeled warranty tag.
Damages caused by technical defects, material defects, or manufacturing errors of Nhat Phu.
Products have not been altered or repaired by unauthorized third parties.
5. Cases Not Covered by Warranty
Damages caused by improper use, incorrect installation, or external impacts (collision, drop, fire, flood, rust due to environmental factors, etc.).
Products that are out of the warranty period.
Unauthorized repairs or component replacements by the customer without informing or obtaining consent from Nhat Phu.
Natural wear and tear or minor damages that do not affect product functionality.
6. Warranty Process
Customers report issues via hotline, email, or warranty request form.
Nhat Phu confirms information, provides initial inspection guidance, and arranges technicians to assist within 24–72 working hours.
Technicians inspect, identify the cause, and propose a resolution.
If eligible for warranty, Nhat Phu will repair or replace free of charge. If not eligible, the company will provide a cost quotation before performing any service.

Provide fast, transparent, and timely warranty services.
Ensure that replacement components and materials are genuine and meet technical standards.
