1. Purpose
This shipping policy is issued to ensure that mechanical products manufactured and fabricated by Nhat Phu Mechanical Fabrication Co., Ltd. are delivered to customers on time, in the correct quantity, and in proper condition. It also helps customers understand the shipping process, costs, and their rights throughout the delivery process.
2. Scope of Application
Applicable to all orders, products, and mechanical components directly produced, supplied, and shipped by Nhat Phu Mechanical Fabrication Co., Ltd.
Applicable to individual and corporate customers nationwide.
For export orders or special delivery cases, the shipping policy will be adjusted according to the specific contract between both parties.
3. Shipping Methods
Nhat Phu provides multiple flexible delivery methods according to customer needs and locations:
Direct Delivery (by Nhat Phu):
Applicable to Bac Ninh, Hanoi, and neighboring provinces.
Goods are delivered by trucks, specialized vehicles, or other suitable means, ensuring safety and timeliness.
Delivery via Partner Logistics:
Applicable to remote areas or large-volume orders.
Nhat Phu cooperates with reputable logistics partners such as Viettel Post, Giao Hang Nhanh, or specialized industrial logistics providers.
Products are carefully packaged and sealed before handover to the shipping partner.
4. Delivery Time
Urban areas (Bac Ninh, Hanoi): 1–3 working days after order confirmation.
Other provinces: 3–7 working days depending on location and shipping method.
For custom or made-to-order products, delivery time will be specifically agreed upon in the contract or quotation.
5. Shipping Fees
Free shipping for orders valued at 50,000,000 VND or more within Bac Ninh and surrounding areas.
Remote orders or express delivery requests will be charged according to the actual quote from the shipping provider.
Shipping fees are clearly communicated before order confirmation to ensure transparency and convenience for customers.
6. Responsibilities During Delivery
Nhat Phu’s Responsibilities:
Carefully package goods, including all documents and labels.
Ensure the correct type, quantity, and quality of goods as per the order.
Provide shipping information (order tracking code, expected delivery time, person in charge) for customer monitoring.
Customer’s Responsibilities:
Carefully inspect goods upon receipt.
Sign confirmation if the goods meet requirements.
Notify Nhat Phu within 24 hours of receipt if any defects, damage, or loss occur during shipping for timely support.
7. Risks During Shipping
If Nhat Phu delivers directly, the company is fully responsible for all risks, damages, or losses until delivery is completed.
If a third-party shipping provider is used, the risk responsibility transfers to the shipping provider upon handover; however, Nhat Phu will still assist customers in coordinating with the shipping partner to ensure maximum protection of customer rights.
