1. Purpose
This payment guide is issued to help customers conduct transactions quickly, safely, and accurately when purchasing products, placing fabrication orders, or using services of Nhat Phu Mechanical Fabrication Co., Ltd.
We provide multiple flexible payment methods suitable for different order types and transaction locations.
2. Payment Methods
Customers can choose one of the following payment methods:
2.1. Cash Payment
Applicable for small orders or when delivering directly at Nhat Phu’s factory or office.
Customers pay directly to the company cashier or delivery staff.
Upon payment, customers will receive a receipt or invoice stamped and confirmed by Nhat Phu Mechanical Fabrication Co., Ltd.
2.2. Bank Transfer
We encourage customers to use bank transfers for convenience, speed, and safety.

After transferring, kindly send the payment confirmation or transaction screenshot via email: cokhinhatphu@gmail.com or via Zalo to the responsible staff for quick reconciliation.
2.3. Contract-Based Payment
For custom manufacturing/fabrication orders or large projects, Nhat Phu applies staged payments (as specified in the contract):
Phase 1: Pay 30–50% of the contract value immediately after signing to start production.
Phase 2: Pay the remaining balance after acceptance or before product handover.
In case of adjustments, extensions, or additional costs, both parties will sign a contract appendix to agree on supplementary payment methods.
3. Payment Confirmation
After receiving payment, Nhat Phu will send a confirmation via email or Zalo and update the order status.
Electronic invoices (or stamped paper copies) will be issued within 3–5 working days after payment is received.
All transactions are recorded and stored in the company’s accounting system to ensure transparency and accuracy.
4. Payment Information Security Policy
All transaction information, account details, and customer invoices are strictly confidential and used solely for verification and accounting purposes.
Nhat Phu does not store customers’ card information, passwords, or personal financial data in any form.
The entire payment process complies with the Electronic Transactions Law and current data protection regulations.
